Can’t find the ZIP download?
Depending on your device, look to your downloads folder for the browser you are using. Sometimes that a specific location. Move the zip file from there to somewhere better like Documents or Desktop.
Trouble viewing the Field Guide?
There are usually only a couple issues that might be stopping you from viewing the Field Guide.
#1 Make sure you save the ZIP or the field guide PDF somewhere other than your browser’s downloads folder: Locate the ZIP or the field guide PDF and move it to a better location such as your desktop or inside your documents folder.
#2 Make sure to extract the PDF from inside the Zip file: Typically, all you need to do is right mouse click the Zip file and choose to extract the PDF. Again, make sure to move the file(s) to a better location than your downloads folder.
Maybe you’re having a different problem?
If all else fails, kindly forward your order confirmation email from “The Exoarchaeologist” that shows your order# to my email at Exoarchaeologist@gmail.com with an explanation of what you’re experiencing and we’ll figure out how to make this work for you!
